Joe Houssian | Chairman

Joe is the Co-founder and Chairman of Replay, and has 40 years of experience in real estate and a successful investment track record across several industries and market cycles. Joe is also the Founder and former President, CEO, and Chairman of Intrawest. In 1986, he recognized the potential for a destination resort industry based on the growing affluence of the baby boomers and their quest for experiences they could share with family and friends. Under Joe’s leadership, Intrawest became the world’s largest planner, designer, builder, and operator of destination resorts and resort villages. In 2006, he oversaw the sale of the company for $2.8 billion and in the following year he formed Replay.

Joe’s other real estate business interests include holdings in Intracorp, a successful residential developer based in Canada and the United States, and Taylor Morrison, one of the United States’ largest and most respected homebuilders.

Paul Jorgensen | Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the destination resort and capital markets sectors, Paul is responsible for the overall performance of Replay. Under Paul’s leadership, Replay acquires, envisions, develops, builds, markets, and operates resorts and second home communities that satisfy strict investment criteria. Paul brings a strong track record of achievements to Replay based on his ability to deliver results, develop and execute new business models, bring clarity to complex business turnaround situations, and execute acquisition strategies.

Prior to joining Replay in 2013, Paul was President and COO of Mountain Creek Resort. In addition, during his tenure with Intrawest he was the Senior Vice President, Placemaking, where he was responsible for managing Intrawest’s commercial asset portfolio and development and sales activities, including the disposition of assets. Before joining Intrawest, Paul was the CFO of Boyne Resorts, the third-largest golf and ski company in North America.

Greg Ashley | Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer at Replay, Greg drives business growth; conceptualizes and develops the vision, market positioning and design direction for Replay’s projects; oversees the organization’s strategic direction and business planning initiatives; and mitigates development risk while optimizing revenue growth through Replay’s industry-leading strategic marketing and sales functions. With offices in Vancouver, Scottsdale, Healdsburg, and Park City, Replay has a $1.5 billion portfolio in various stages of development.

For the past 25 years, Greg has been instrumental in delivering thousands of homes and multi-billions in revenue globally in the residential, resort, branded residence, and destination real estate development sectors. As a results-driven leader, he has the time-tested ability to envision and conceptualize market-leading real estate and hospitality projects, develop strategic plans to optimize real estate performance, build strong teams, brands, and corporate cultures, engineer enduring business platforms that attract great people, and pioneer concepts that become industry standards.

Prior to joining Replay, Greg was Founder and President of Intrawest’s global real estate development services and marketing and sales organization, ‘Playground’. Under his leadership, in just 5 years Playground grew to be one of Intrawest’s highest profile businesses, with over 500 employees and operations on 5 continents, generating over $6 billion in real estate revenue. Following his tenure with Intrawest, Greg was President and Partner of the Los Angeles based Kor Group (Viceroy Hotel Group), a global, design-centric luxury hotel operator and real estate developer. Greg also served as President, Residential, for the global real estate organization Colliers International.

Paul Woodward | Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer, Paul is responsible for guiding the creation and delivery of our projects from conception through completion. With over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, planning, entitlement, and execution of large-scale master planned residential, hotel, resort, and mixed-use projects, Paul combines proven leadership and technical skills to guide teams and projects through every stage of the development process.

Prior to joining Replay, Paul was Senior Vice President with Ledcor Development, where he was responsible for the successful execution of all resort and residential real estate projects in BC, Alberta, and Hawaii from acquisition through to completion. He has also served as a Senior Vice President with Intrawest, where he led the planning and development of major resort development projects in Canada and the US. In addition, as Principal of Koru Pacific, Paul has provided development advisory services on a wide range of local and international master-planned resort projects in locations such as New Zealand, Peru, Crimea, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Ontario, and British Columbia.

David Hill | Managing Director

As a Replay Managing Director, David oversees the planning, approval and development of resort communities on behalf of owners, lenders and equity partners. His development accomplishments include a remarkably diverse spectrum of projects – from a cattle ranch to a multi-billion dollar destination resort that year-after-year has been judged to be Eastern North America’s #1 mountain resort.

Prior to Replay, he acted as President of Real Estate Development for Kensington Partners, the developers of Cordillera in Vail, Colorado; Catamount Ranch & Club in Steamboat Springs, Colorado; and Mayacama, an innovative private club and community in California’s Sonoma wine country. David also served as the President of Intrawest Golf, and lead successful resort development projects at Mont Tremblant (Quebec), Keystone (Colorado) and Copper Mountain (Colorado).

David holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s of Science from the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University.

Patti Smith | Senior Vice President of Business Development & Asset Management

Patti brings over 20 years of resort experience, starting her career in Panorama. Prior to joining Replay, Patti played a dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Bellstar, a hotel and resort development company operating five resorts in Western Canada.

Prior to Bellstar, Patti served as Vice President, Strategic Alliances for Intrawest Placemaking. In that capacity, Patti travelled throughout North America and Europe working on strategic development plans and financial reporting while also brokering franchise agreements with leading hotel brands in the North American marketplace.

A Chartered Accountant, Patti graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Management. When not working you can often find her shuttling her family to and from ski races throughout British Columbia.

Chandra Reilly | Executive Vice President of Design & Development, Scottsdale

As Replay’s Executive Vice President of Design & Development, Chandra oversees the development process from concept through construction, with a lens focused on exceptional design, efficient project transitions, and high-performing construction teams. She is currently responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Ascent at the Phoenician as well as providing executive support to Replay’s ongoing developments in other regions. Beginning in 2001, Chandra spent 12 years representing the owner/developer, designer, and builder in a diverse set of consultative roles. During the 8 years following she held the position as a Project Executive for Sundt Construction, responsible for hospitality and luxury/experiential mixed-use development. While the results are, by nature, different each time, Chandra’s goal is always to present projects that astonish and delight, while maintaining predictability throughout the process.

Chandra loves to travel with her family, with her friends, and on her own. When she is not at work she is likely on her next adventure or planning it. She also finds peace in her kitchen and joy in the table she sets for whomever wants to come to dinner.

Mike McCone | Vice President of Development, Mill District

As Vice President of Development for Mill District, Mike has overall responsibility for the delivery of this master planned mixed-use urban destination in Healdsburg, California, from concept through to completion.

Mike joins Replay with 25 years of residential and mixed-use development and construction management experience. Bringing a wealth of local expertise to his role at Mill District, his impressive Californian resume includes Trammell Crow’s Park Place project in Irvine and Catellus’ Mission Bay development in San Francisco, as well as other San Francisco based projects across his time with Oyster Development, Greystar, and Intracorp.

In a previous life as a California licensed architect, Mike specialized in nationally registered historic landmarks, before finding his true passion in the redevelopment of infill transit-oriented projects, which have totaled over 4,000 homes that range from student housing to luxury condos.

Mike is a Northern California native and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon.

Yoav Olund | SVP, Finance & Acquisitions

Yoav evaluates potential business development and acquisition opportunities for Replay. His expertise is in due diligence, economic analysis, legal considerations, and deal structuring. In that capacity he oversees acquisitions, financial analysis, financial planning and accounting functions for Replay. He represents the logic aspect of Replay’s Logic + Magic approach to resort development – researching the competitive landscape and establishing appropriate responses.

Yoav ensures that the ideas, concepts and innovative measures that characterize Replay are grounded, supportable, and implementable. Prior to joining Replay, Yoav had worked for Intrawest where he was part of the acquisition, divestiture, and restructuring functions of that company. A registered Professional Engineer, Yoav also holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School Of Business.

Helen Trinh | Director of Finance

Helen oversees Replay’s international accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions, leading a global team to ensure Replay’s many projects tell a seamless and accurate financial story. Helen’s prior experience in public accounting and private equity reflects the same lesson she learned growing up as part of her own family’s small business: success at any scale is a reflection of great people and processes.

Helen is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. Helen’s passion for travel has taken her all over the world before leading her to Replay. When she’s not travelling, Helen is enjoying the great outdoors snowboarding and hiking with her Labrador puppy.

Naz Salehi | Assistant Controller

As an Assistant Controller, Naz provides guidance and support in the monthly accounting process, offers user support on all systems, and researches, tests, and implements new additions to the accounting and analytical tools. She is also in charge of government filings and compliance.

Prior to joining Replay, Naz worked as a senior accountant at both Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics (a bath and beauty supply manufacturing and retail company with 250 stores in North America), then at StemCell Technology (the largest Biotech company in Canada). Naz is a CPA/CGA and holds a Bachelor of Accounting with distinction from BCIT.

Outside of work, Naz enjoys traveling, snowboarding, hiking, yoga, reading books, and trying new restaurants and activities.

Janelle Havelette | Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Janelle joined Replay in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

Janelle provides excellent attention to detail and represents the face of Replay. Working closely with the Executive team, Janelle provides a high level of administrative and organizational support as well as effective office management. Janelle has proven to be indispensable in organizing and managing both schedules and resources while innovating with successful projects to improve office support.

A strong contributor to Replay’s culture, Janelle understands that teams become closer when they both work and play together.

Katie Kuhlman | Business Operations Manager, Scottsdale

Katie was raised in Estes Park, Colorado, making her way to Arizona in 2004 where she spent the majority of her time honing her skills in hospitality. After completing her degree in Communications, Katie found her passion in Business Operations. Katie’s combination of hospitality and business, along with her affinity for good design and high energy level made her a worthy fit within the Replay team.

Outside of work Katie can be found with two chihuahuas attached to her hip, at yoga, or outside enjoying the Arizona sunshine.

Emma Fennell | Corporate Administrator

Originally from Dublin, Ireland. Emma moved to Vancouver in 2020.

Before joining Replay, Emma worked as a Legal Assistant and Legal Executive for seven years in Ireland and Canada. Emma has a Diploma in Professional Legal Studies.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, camping, travelling and exploring everything that beautiful British Columbia has to offer.

Katrina Cervantes | Senior Accountant, Scottsdale

Katrina grew up in Globe, Arizona, moving to Phoenix in 2006 to attend Arizona State University, graduating with a BS in Accounting in 2010. Katrina has enjoyed primarily working in the real estate and construction industries since graduation and loves to continue to learn and develop new skills.

Katrina enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, and spending time with family. She has a passion for animals including my spoiled 6 lb Yorkie named Gus Gus.

Doug Harrington | Director of Design & Construction, Mill District

A Design & Construction professional with over 25 years of experience in the development of large complex Hospitality, Restaurant and Specialty Retail projects including national programs. Doug provides extensive experience providing team leadership for all phases of project development from site evaluation, entitlements, budget and concept development to managing all phases of Design and Construction. As Director Design & Construction for the Hospitality Travel Division of Delaware North Doug had the opportunity to lead projects in iconic locations such Yellowstone National Park, Yosemite national park, hotel development and specialty retail projects at Kennedy Space Center and large restaurant programs in Boston and New Orleans all with local chef-driven concepts. Most Recently Doug has just finished the renovation and expansion of the Westgate Resorts oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Originally planned to include a 24-story guest tower that phase of the development was placed on indefinite hold, leading Doug to his next adventure with Replay as Director Design & Construction for the Healdsburg Mill District project.

Doug attended the University of Houston and soon discovered his passion was project management and dedicated his career to developing professionally to manage diverse teams to deliver iconic projects. Doug has two sons, one who lives in Seattle Washington and the other in Scottsdale Arizona. Doug and his wife Raylene love food, wine, and travel….mostly to see their boys. Doug is an avid golfer when time and projects allow, he loves to spend time on the course with his boys. Doug is excited to be part of the Replay Healdsburg team and relocating back to CA. After spending many years living in Carlsbad in North San Diego County Doug is excited to explore Sonoma wine country and be part of the iconic Mill District project.

Mindy Hallsted | Senior Design & Construction Manager, Scottsdale

Mindy is a Project Management Professional with over 20 years of design and project management experience. Mindy spent 17 years as a project manager with JLL, working with commercial tenant improvements, retail updates, and various commercial owner projects.  Most recently, Mindy worked with a local general contractor as a project manager, building a multi-phase apartment complex in north Phoenix.

Mindy has a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). She is from the northwest and moved to Phoenix in 2014. Mindy and her family enjoy the sunny days here in Arizona, taking in hikes or simply enjoying a nice meal and drinks al fresco.

Jordan Taylor | Senior Design & Construction Manager, Scottsdale

Jordan grew up in Colorado where the love of building was instilled in him from a young age. He has worked in the construction industry throughout the Southwest for almost 15 years. Prior to joining Replay, Jordan worked on large commercial projects such as detention centers, parking garages, medical office buildings, and high rises. He also worked on large infrastructure and heavy civil projects early on in his career. 

Outside of work, Jordan likes attempting to finish all of the home improvement projects he can, watching his kids excel in their sports and other activities, and going to the gym with his wife so they can binge-watch the latest Netflix series while they eat ice cream together. 

Tyler Mahoney | Senior Development Manager, Park City

Tyler joins Replay with a strong background in real estate development and project management from his eight years in industry. He has managed all aspects of the development of several hospitality, multifamily, and other mixed-use development projects which surpass $500 million in value.

His experience ranges from financial feasibility and underwriting through construction, closeout, and disposition, working with all major hospitality brands to successfully deliver projects from Anchorage, Alaska to Atlanta, Georgia.

 Tyler has a degree in Facility and Property Management from Brigham Young University.

In his free time Tyler enjoys being outside, especially hunting, fishing, and riding snowmobiles. In the past he enjoyed working as a licensed hunting guide in Alaska for many years.

Dave Despres | Senior Development Manager

Dave brings over 15 years of experience envisioning and developing resort and luxury real estate projects. Prior to joining Replay, Dave operated Spruce Creek Partners, a consulting firm focused on providing financial planning, project management, and implementation strategies to a diverse group of companies in the resort, real estate, hospitality, and service sectors throughout North America.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Colorado. When he is not at work, you’ll find him plotting the next adventure in the woods, on the water, or on the snow with his wife and son.

Keenan Manhas | Development Manager, Scottsdale

As a Development Manager for Replay, Keenan executes extensive financial analysis on potential acquisitions, capital strategies, deal structures and overall project due diligence. Keenan works in Replay’s Scottsdale office and has been involved in a large number of Replay’s acquisitions, business development ventures and current projects since joining the company in 2017.

Prior to joining Replay, Keenan worked in commercial brokerage and various roles in the hospitality industry. Keenan is semi-fluent in Japanese and French and has passions for sports, films and music. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.

Todd Patrick | VP, Sales & Marketing

Todd has extensive knowledge and expertise in the marketing and sales of resort development projects across North America. He spent 15 years at Intrawest in a leadership role at various resorts such as Whistler/Blackcomb, Copper Mountain and Keystone Resort in Colorado, Sandestin Resort in Florida and on the island of Maui, Hawaii. At Intrawest, Todd successfully led the project envisioning, branding, strategic planning and sales management of over 1,500 sold units in excess of $1 billion in revenue. Todd was also responsible for leading the marketing and sales efforts for East West Partners and a 3,000 unit master-planned development in Lake Tahoe, California. Todd earned his Business Degree, with a major in Marketing, in 1988 from Arizona State University.

Curtis Tischler | VP, Sales & Marketing, Mill District

A results-driven real estate sales and marketing leader, Curtis joins Replay with over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage and development. Achieving hundreds of millions in sales revenue throughout his career, Curtis’ comprehensive background in sales & marketing includes a broad spectrum of product types such as urban, resort, mixed-use, single-family, and master-planned communities, with a special emphasis on branded hospitality products.

In his role at Replay, Curtis leads the sales & marketing team at Mill District, a mixed-use master-planned community in downtown Healdsburg, CA. An expert in areas such as pre-development planning, brand strategy, positioning, creative development, go-to-market strategy, multi-channel marketing, pricing & sales release strategy, brokerage management, DRE protocols, sales team management, and market analysis, he drives business development and fosters the professional development of his team.

Mike Brennan | Director of Sales, Mill District

Mike brings a long career of sales, marketing, and operational leadership to Replay. He began his career working in medical sales for Fortune 500 companies Allergan and Pfizer. He then spent 15 years developing and managing concept microbrewery restaurants and leading sales teams in the luxury golf club real estate industry throughout the Southeast and the Bahamas. Before joining Replay, he worked for five years with Gartner leading sales for global retailers based in San Francisco. A fourth generation native of Sonoma County, Mike is thrilled to be working on the Mill District project where he watched the active lumber mill since childhood.

Josie Gay | Director of Community Relations and Homeowner Experience, Mill District

Josie brings over twenty years of digital, traditional, cause and experiential marketing, communications and public relations to the Replay team. Her career has spanned industries including tech, wine, and hospitality and crossed sectors from private, government and nonprofit. Josie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Westminster College and a Master of Arts degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine University. When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling, anywhere outdoors, spending time with her family and dog Tooey in Healdsburg, and giving back to her community.

Andrea Di Loreto | Sales and Operations Manager, Healdsburg

Andrea joins Replay with over a decade of experience in new development. Her real estate sales career has been diverse, encompassing a variety of locations and offerings including suburban single-family homes, high-end resort residences and large-scale urban communities. Most recently, Andrea was a key member of the sales teams at two notable luxury projects in San Francisco: One Mission Bay and Yerba Buena Island. Andrea graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in English and holds a MA in Psychology from the University of Nebraska. In her free time, Andrea can be found cooking, hiking with her dog Jax, and looking for her next travel adventure.

Mikki Clayton | Marketing Manager, Park City

As Replay’s Marketing Manager for the Park City office, Mikki oversees the strategic planning of communication, marketing, and events for multiple real estate projects to drive lead generation for the sales and development of current projects and new destinations in the Rocky Mountains. Mikki officially joined Replay in 2019, but has worked closely with the team since 2016 on the successful sales and marketing of Lift Residences and YOTELPAD in Park City as a Realtor. She also worked on the sales gallery build-out, launch event, and preliminary marketing of Pendry Residences Park City in 2018-2019.

Originally from the Washington, DC area, Mikki has experience selling and marketing real estate in Virginia, DC, New Hampshire, and Utah. She graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and holds a certificate in Event Management from the George Washington University. When not in the office, Mikki can be found exploring Park City’s trails, skiing, running half marathons, or coaching lacrosse.

Kimberly Park | Sales Operations, Phoenician

Kimberly has over 10 years of diverse experience in the fields of commercial and residential real estate,property management, leasing, sales, marketing, lead generation, business development, and operations. As Sales Operations, she provides top-level administrative and sales support to the Sales & Marketing team.

Outside of work, you will find Kimberly playing pickle ball with friends.

Mel Zeman | Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Originally from Newcastle, Australia, Mel utilizes her expertise in marketing to lead Replay’s internal and external communication channels. Prior to joining Replay in 2022, Mel worked for a multifamily investment firm in Vancouver, Canada, where she developed her knowledge in copywriting for Commercial Real Estate.

Mel has a keen interest in adventure and sports, and in her spare time can regularly be found snowboarding, skiing, training Mixed Martial Arts, and hiking with her dog, Tyson.

Luai Ghazi | Associate

Luai joined Replay in 2022 as a Senior Analyst. As a part of the Analyst team, he plays a role in evaluating potential acquisitions, raising capital, and preparing internal reports.

Prior to joining Replay, Luai covered the REIT sector as an equity research associate before working at a Vancouver-based real estate investment firm as an analyst.

Luai holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia, has recently completed a Diploma in Data Science and is also a CFA Charterholder. In his spare time, he enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and planning his next trip abroad.

Alex Elbogen | Senior Analyst, Scottsdale

Alex joined Replay in 2023 as a Senior Analyst based in the Scottsdale office. He plays an active role in evaluating potential acquisitions, performing due diligence, and preparing investment memos and internal reports.

Prior to joining Replay, Alex served as an Investment Analyst at Phoenix-based Strategic Office Partners, a TPG Real Estate platform, where he focused on acquiring predominantly single tenant office assets in high growth markets across the U.S.

Alex earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. He is a proud Phoenix native and enjoys playing golf and traveling in his free time.

Harrison Smith | Analyst

Harrison is part of our Analyst team at our head office in Vancouver, BC. He provides an active role in financial analysis, market research, acquisition due diligence, investor reporting, capital raising and assists with other tasks relating to existing development projects.

While attending the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, Harrison received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) in Finance and played on the Varsity Rugby Team. Growing up on the North Shore of Vancouver, Harrison developed a passion for anything outdoors. He loves to continue to explore all the beautiful areas that the province has to offer.

Taylor Park | Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, Taylor performs various monthly accounting tasks including but not limited to Corporate AP, assisting Replay projects in various locations with bookkeeping and preparing financial statements.

Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and moved from Seoul to Vancouver to pursue her CPA designation while working at Replay.

Outside of work, Taylor truly lives the Vancouver lifestyle from going to the gym, to hiking and playing golf.

Lina Li | Operations Accountant

As an Operations Accountant, Lina performs various monthly accounting tasks, including but not limited to Corporate AP, assisting Replay projects in various locations with bookkeeping and preparing financial statements.

Lina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance with Distinction from Simon Fraser University and is currently pursuing her CPA designation while working in Replay.

Outside of work, Lina enjoys reading and skiing at Whistler and Cypress.

Billy Zhang | Operations Accountant

Billy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Simon Fraser University and is currently pursuing her CPA designation while working in Replay.

Outside of work, Billy enjoys riding motorcycles, skiing, paddle boarding, camping, and all indoor and outdoor sports.

Naomi Williams | Development Manager

Naomi was born and raised in Sonoma County and grew up around construction management, naturally, she chose it as her career path. She worked as an executive administrator for a construction company for over 15 years. Along the way, she followed her passion for design studying fashion design in San Francisco and launched a women’s luxury swimwear line.

She manages and assists the operations of the Design and Development teams at the Mill District Project in Healdsburg. She also has an extensive cycling background and is a key contributor to Mill District’s Velo Club, working closely with their cycling ambassadors.

Naomi is an outdoor enthusiast, who believes there is nothing too hard to conquer. She has raced dozens of triathlons, ridden thousands of miles, and hiked some of the largest mountains in North America, mostly done with her sister Rachel by her side. When she’s not doing something extreme, she enjoys spending downtime with her husband Nathan and daughter Noelle on a boat lakeside.

Jordan Deavers | Construction & Design Manager

Jordan is a Project Management Professional with almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry. From simple beginnings in construction as a ‘pooky boy’ at 14 years old, Jordan is proudly a first-generation university goer, pursuing and obtaining a degree from Colorado State University in Construction Management. Despite graduating during the global financial crisis, Jordan’s perseverance and expertise led him to secure his first job as a new graduate with Lennar, a major home construction company in the United States. Beginning as an Assistant Project Manager, Jordan eventually took over the management of the largest projects Lennar had in metro Denver’s single-family market.

Jordan’s love for construction began with a still present love of LEGOs. In his free time, this is something he continues to enjoy doing, alongside collecting cards and jerseys. A sports lover, Jordan is a big supporter of Denver sports (“minus the Rockies” he specifies), and a self-professed gym rat. Equally as interested in collecting memories as he is collectibles, outside of work you can find Jordan looking for ways to stay active, skiing and snowboarding, and travelling. Having recently stumbling across one of the seven wonders of the world, he looks forward to continuing to enjoy everything that travelling has to offer.

Jade Heun | Associate Construction Manager

Jade is an Arizona native who has recently received her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics) from Arizona State University. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective to the construction industry. Prior to joining Replay, Jade worked as an Assistant Project Manager with TDIndustries, during which time she was involved in the management and oversight of a largescale data center project. Jade is a motivated self-starter with skills in organization, coordination, and professional connections. 

In her free time, Jade likes to scrapbook and make crafts. When the weather cools off, she likes to go off-roading in the mountains and travel. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, and during the festive season she plans on visiting different European Christmas markets as time permits.

Dawson Eccott | Project Accountant

Dawson attended the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.

Prior to joining Replay, Dawson worked in Operations Accounting at a Vancouver-based Investment Management Firm.

In his spare time, Dawson enjoys taking advantage of Vancouver’s backyard and loves skiing, hiking and running.
