As the Director of Marketing for Replay Destinations, Jill collaborates with resorts under Replay's management so they are able to exceed performance goals by developing and maximizing sales and marketing strategies. She is also responsible for "on-boarding" new resorts - integrating them into Replay's proprietary processes and strategic systems.

Jill was a member of the Intrawest Resort Operations sales and marketing team for almost a decade during the company's most intense period of resort acquisition and development, and in that position engaged directly with teams in a dozen resorts throughout North America. Prior to Intrawest was with InterContinental Hotels Group as the Key Account Director responsible for portfolio of top Canadian accounts and shifting share across IHG's nine brands and 4,600 hotels globally. She is a graduate of Royal Roads MBA program. Born and raised in Vancouver, Jill spent four years in Toronto as Director of Marketing with a ski tour operator, and spent three glorious northern hemisphere summers teaching skiing in New Zealand.

A passion for everything outdoors, participates in marathons and triathlons including Ironman Canada and was a Torch Bearer for the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay. In this photo, she's in her all-time favorite spot, the top of WhistlerBlackcomb.
